Basic Services

Diagnostic only *$30
Data back-up before work $30
In-store labor $60/hr.
On-site business labor $100/hr.
Warranty labor $25/hr.
Travel outside Corsicana $25
Travel outside Navarro county $50
After hours service $100 + $150/hr.
*This charge will be subtracted from the first hour of labor.

Priority Levels

Due to the high demand for our services, we have three service priority levels to best serve our customers. Turnaround time for Level 3 is three business days. We will call you when your computer is ready for pickup, and to report on any special problems we find.

Priority Levels

Level 1 $50 We begin working on your computer immediately. Work on all other computers on the service bench is suspended, and the service line stops.
Level 2 $25 Your computer goes to the front of the line, and is the next to be worked on after the machines currently on the service bench are completed.
Level 3 $0 Standard service; your computer waits in line to go on the service bench.
